From time to time we may require you to give consent for your child/ren to take part in a school excursion, activity or event. You will receive a notification via the COMPASS app to give your consent.
Absentee Form
If your child/children are absent from school or you will be notifying us of future absence you are requred to fill in an absent notice through COMPASS
Change of Details
Please help us keep up to date by completing this form if your details have changed recently. The school office may contact you to verify details.
